Genesis of the Project
NFT Reality is one and the first worldwide benefits program for employees based on NFTs, and blockchain technology. The NFT Reality allows HR departments and company owners to create and mint branded NFTs as benefits and rewards for the company's employees.
Challenge
The main challenge of this project was creating a platform connected to Flow blockchain and IPFS Stability and scalability and also a business model for a company.

Main goals
The main goal of this project was to create a working platform where companies can onboard their teams and transfer them their own designed NFTs as additional non-disruptive benefits, integrated with Blocto wallet so teammates can do with that whatever they want eq. collect, sell, buy or transfer to anyone.
Solutions
The solution we’ve decided to provide was to create a flow blockchain with the integration of the Blocto wallet. The technologies we used were Next.js frontend application, GraphQL API, and NestJS backend application. We’ve also used Terraform Pinata IPFS.
Summary
We developed a platform for additional non-disruptive benefits for employees, where companies can onboard their teams and transfer them their own designed NFTs and then teammates can buy, sell and exchange them. The platform we created is also integrated with the Blocto wallet with the use of Next.js, NestJS, Terraform, and Pinata IPFS technologies.
